I had a treatment in your good office at Great Portland Street Oxford circus with Rihanna (Wednesday 23rd October 2024)Rihanna was very polite have a customer service skills she made me feel at eased and reassured about my treatment.In addition she even give my husband water to drink and WiFi as he had been waiting in the waiting area for a lengthy time - nice touch and very kind indeed🙏 I would love to have Rihanna for my next treatment A big Thank you from Leomie

Lovely thorough talk through of the experience for both myself and my mum. Clinician adjusted settings to our comfortability for the HiFU treatment. Thank you Diana! Lovely experience and will definitely recommend again at the Oxford street VIVO branch.

Vivo in Glasgow Shaymaa is fab .

Shaymaa made me feel relaxed right from entering the building . Thoroughly explained the procedure and options available to me . From the start of the treatment to the end I felt very relaxed and comfortable, I was always asked if I was ok . Will definitely be back .
