Incredibly poor setup of the website. I am logging in from another computer and I am unable to login. My one computer is at home, I am on my 2nd one, and am signed in on my phone. I am needing all of these for a variety of reasons, and wonder if that is why I cannot sign in. WTH - it is "my " account or maybe not. If there was an alternative website i would so support it. This is not accetable service. It sucks that I am needing to use it. Not impressed. Or - can I see that I have put my password in corectly - no, ......its not an option. So easy to set that up. Who is running this poor show???
Trade Me now resembles a drop shipping site filled with low-quality items from overseas. When opting for local sellers, you're often inundated with 'local' vendors who have merely established drop ship accounts, complete with amusing disclaimers like 'this item is in stock in MY overseas warehouse'. It's truly unfortunate, as it used to be a fantastic venue for selling unwanted goods.

The platform is managed poorly! Sellers refuse to communicate once payment is made or the item is delivered. I lost over $900 due to a faulty purchase and despite having paid for “Buyer Protection,” they refused to assist, claiming I altered the product, even though the fault was clearly hardware-related. They conveniently ignored the seller's misleading warranty claims.
I am compelled to award this service the title of Worst Service in Any Known Industry™ — a rare and unfortunate achievement. They will happily charge you a monthly fee, then, without warning, erase your account and campaigns, leaving no trace. Communication is nearly impossible. Corruption? Absolutely. Competence? Rare. Future prospects? Experts suggest they are 'aggressively circling the drain.' In a country known for its decent businesses, this service has managed to become one of the most disliked entities. Truly, a symbol of customer disdain — overpriced and unreliable. I would not recommend this service to anyone.
This service is incredibly frustrating - it's impossible to reach anyone. The website suggests using chat, but it doesn't work. I've attempted multiple times, but it won't accept a valid email address, insisting on it before proceeding. I've tried 24 times. The service is practically nonexistent. I believe this platform shouldn't be in business - they need to improve significantly!
This platform was once great. I loved the concept, but it has faced numerous technical issues in recent months. Features like offering prices after listings close and editing feedback are broken. Support claims these functions are available, but they clearly are not. Many features have been removed, and the support team often seems unaware of these issues.
