I had a treatment done and I'm honestly impressed with the results so far. From the moment I arrived, the practitioner made me feel comfortable and explained everything clearly. The procedure was quick and less painful than expected. She was gentle and professional, checking in on me throughout. The studio's atmosphere was calming, making the experience even better. This was my husband and my first visit at the studio. We chose a practitioner based on a recommendation and we are so glad we did. She was absolutely amazing, professional, and made us feel at ease. She walked us through the procedure step by step. I noticed tightening in my problem areas and am excited to see the results in the coming weeks. Seen today by Tasha at the Birmingham branch. I underwent plasma pen to upper and lower eyes and HiFu treatment. She was knowledgable and professional. She talked me through the machines being used and step by step of the procedure. I felt very at ease and comfortable. Next time I book I’ll be asking for her again. Well done. I’m on day 1 so I will put a further review on as a follow up in 1 weeks time.
The treatment was amazing, and Gemma cared a lot about me from the moment I arrived. I visited her at the clinic on Palace Street in London, and the whole experience was excellent.
