The Leeds Clinic was just a front for Randox. 4 of our engineers arrived for Fit2Fly PCR tests. Told to use their I Pad to register. This wasn't working so Vivo employee entered their details, 2 incorrectly. When this was pointed out he said his manager would have to change it later. This didn't happen and the certificates came through with wrong info on that the airline wouldn't accept. Had to pay for 2 more tests elsewhere. What a shambles. DO NOT USE!!
Strongly advise not to use VIVO Clinic based on my experience. I ordered a Day 2 Antigen test on 25-Oct-21 (Thu) which was guaranteed to arrive by the Monday. Nothing arrived. I chased via website messaging service and phone but received no response and could not get through on the phone lines, despite calling at various times of day (they recommend late at night). Eventually I was able to speak to someone in late December. They confirmed payment would be returned and it never was. I haven't been able to speak to them since; the phone line never answers.
Please please do not use this service. We paid £199 for a pcr test to fly and nothing as been received and flight is tomorrow morning. They never answer the phone. This is a scam and should be avoided at any costs. How do we get them to court. Worst service I have ever come across. Avoid avoid avoid.
Made an online booking with Vivoclinic at Hull to get a PCR test for travel straightforward process, I arrived earlier than the scheduled appointment on new years day, with no problem.three ladies all very helpful Jill Jade and Sabina.thank you
Booked test for 25th Dec - hard day to find. Then days later, they emailed me at midnight saying the clinic will in fact be closed not he 25th. Total nightmare as so hard to get an appointment for that time of year. Needless to say I was unable to find another appointment for that day. They have not answered my attempts to call - I even waited up to 35 minutes. Days later they haven't responded to my email requesting a refund. Is this actually a company run by people at all?I cannot imagine if I needed to get in touch with them urgently at an airport what that experience would have been like with such waiting times. I'd advise booking with an airport / train station directly - they answer their phones in seconds.
