Had some trouble first time around, I was downloading on mac (I usually use my windows pc) and the download got interrupted and some of the files were faulty. I asked if I could switch my license to a windows one and they responded quickly with a yes! My tidal subscription was about to run out as well, so im glad for the speedy response. (This was for Tidal music converter btw)

I bought it and it never want to register me even with everything and called customer service and they never helped me it is a scam 20 my 20 dollar went bye bye and they gained a free 20 dollars this was for the Apple Music converter
