I am quite frustrated with the poor communication from the service. I am still awaiting my refund. I had to follow up multiple times to ensure my order was shipped back in November for the holidays, and now I find myself having to chase them again for my refund. My return has not been recognized, even though I submitted it on January 7.

I previously rated the service 4 stars due to a delayed order. Today, I can give a 5-star rating. I placed a phone order, stock levels were checked in real-time, and the order was confirmed for dispatch that evening with delivery expected the next day. That’s exactly what happened. Many thanks to everyone involved.
I found my convertible backpack significantly cheaper from the company than elsewhere. Great communication, well packaged, and dispatched within the specified timeframe. The backpack itself is of excellent quality. All is good. Thank you.
