As a true music lover, I’m always looking for tools that let me enjoy my playlists with more flexibility. ViWizard Music Converter immediately stood out for how easy and intuitive it is to use: the interface is clean, the workflow is simple, and converting tracks takes just a few clicks. It’s definitely a great solution for users who want something quick and straightforward without any technical hassle.That said, since it relies heavily on a web-based interface, the output audio quality is not ideal for a true audiophile. If you’re very picky about sound fidelity, you may notice some limitations compared to lossless or high-end solutions.Overall, it’s a solid and user-friendly tool that does what it promises for everyday listening. For ease of use and reliability, I’d still give it 5 stars.
Been using the audio converter for years and it worked flawlessly, right up until a few days ago. Even the updater didn’t work. I contacted support and, despite it being the weekend, got a really fast response (thanks Mila, you're a star!) that solved the problem immediately.Really happy with both the product AND the support. Five stars well deserved.
Perfect tool to save music from Spotify for your personal offline music MediaTek on PC / Macs and all sorts of mp3 devices. Very fast and reliable conversion process. And if there is a problem, the excellent support answers normally in a view hour and saves it finally in less than 2 to 3 days. Highly recommended

First, the customer service is first rate. I had trouble using my registration code on a Saturday afternoon, and that evening I received a reply from the company and my problem was fixed. And they are nice about it!Second, the Apple Music Converter is the best I have seen. I bought an older version of the software that worked well, and I upgraded free to the newest version, which is clearer, and much, much faster. I tried several other conversion apps to see if I might like another product better, but none worked as easily and intuitively as this software. The only request I have--and it does not detract from a five star rating--is that the tracks for numbers under 10 should have a leading zero (01, 02, 03); otherwise I have to manually add those zeros so that the tracks do not get misordered.Excellent software, excellent help. ;-)
