Extremely disappointing experience and support.

An incredibly frustrating experience with the customer service. They deceive you into paying for services upon registration, and if you wish to downgrade a plan, they charge you significantly more, while upgrades are the only option available. The representatives are ineffective in providing assistance. They continue to extract money until you consent to pay more for a plan change. I do not recommend this service at all, as there is a lack of transparency.

Extremely disappointing experience

An incredibly frustrating experience with customer service. They exploit you financially when signing up for any service; downgrading a plan is impossible without incurring high charges, while upgrades are the only option. The agents are unhelpful and only focus on taking your money until you agree to pay more for plan changes. I do not recommend this service at all due to the lack of transparency.

Terrible service and network issues

Extremely poor service and unreliable network, with significant difficulty in disconnecting home broadband. Many calls have been made, yet they refuse to acknowledge our concerns.

Absolutely the worst service providers

I would give 1 star since there's no option for zero. It's been 10 days since my recharge, but no service has been provided. Both hotline and in-person visits were futile. They took my money and ignore my requests for the service I paid for.

I would choose zero stars if possible.

If there were an option for zero stars, I would select that. I opted for an unlimited plan, yet they exploited this by adding services I never used or requested. It's theft, plain and simple. They've been taking advantage of me for years, and I hope to find a way to take legal action.

Disrespectful advertising tactics

If I could, I would rate this with zero stars. Their employees knock on doors multiple times a day despite my requests for them to stop. After reporting it to the authorities, I was informed that their teams operate independently. This company is incredibly frustrating and deserves to be reported for their intrusive behavior.

Major dishonesty

They could improve by being honest with customers. I've had ongoing issues with the WiFi extender for almost a week, and no one has come to resolve it despite multiple calls. At the end of the month, they still expect payment. This service is pathetic, and I can't even reach a supervisor.

Unacceptable service

This is the worst service imaginable. I ordered a SIM card and was given a postpaid SIM instead of a prepaid one. When I requested the correct one, they refused and told me I would have to wait three months to change it.

Absolutely dreadful service

This has been a terrible experience. I've faced ongoing issues with throttled broadband speeds, which they deny. On October 13, 2025, the service completely failed. Working from home, I lost two hours of pay due to this failure. I can't wait to leave this service behind.

One of the worst services

This is among the worst services I've encountered. I previously had a different provider, and after feeling sorry for their staff, I switched to this one. As the bill date approaches, the internet speed drops significantly, making it impossible to even send a message. Customers are not fools; it's clear that this service intentionally slows down the internet to ensure timely billing.
