They deceive you into paying for services upon registration, and if you wish to downgrade a plan, they charge you significantly more, while upgrades are the only option available. The representatives are ineffective in providing assistance. They continue to extract money until you consent to pay more for a plan change. I do not recommend this service at all, as there is a lack of transparency.

I would give 1 star since there's no option for zero. It's been 10 days since my recharge, but no service has been provided. Both hotline and in-person visits were futile. They took my money and ignore my requests for the service I paid for.
If there were an option for zero stars, I would select that. I opted for an unlimited plan, yet they exploited this by adding services I never used or requested. It's theft, plain and simple. They've been taking advantage of me for years, and I hope to find a way to take legal action.

After reporting it to the authorities, I was informed that their teams operate independently. This company is incredibly frustrating and deserves to be reported for their intrusive behavior.
They could improve by being honest with customers. I've had ongoing issues with the WiFi extender for almost a week, and no one has come to resolve it despite multiple calls. At the end of the month, they still expect payment. This service is pathetic, and I can't even reach a supervisor.

As the bill date approaches, the internet speed drops significantly, making it impossible to even send a message. Customers are not fools; it's clear that this service intentionally slows down the internet to ensure timely billing.
