I've been making small orders off Vograce for about a year, and have never had an issue. Their products are good quality and reasonably priced considering the low MOQ. The Vograce team is wonderful, I appreciate their proof services. I had Frank as a service rep recently and he went above and beyond to make adjustments to my order when I made mistakes. Vograce is an extremely easy company to work with! My rep Winnie has always been extremely attentive and responsive to my inquiries. No matter if it's product proofs, account issues, or order problems. The website is super easy to navigate and new products are being offered all the time! The points and VIP system make utilizing Vograce for my business very easy. I also appreciate that packages are delivered with all duties paid, so there's no surprises in the cost of the products.

OMG! I know that there is a Lunar New Year in February, but I didn't expect that she could also maintain a super fast processing speed! Some things were delayed due to my miscalculation, but Alexa was also online at any time during the holiday, which really helped me a lot!

I have done multiple batches of washi tapes and stickers at Vograce and my experience was positive so far. I have had the chance to work with many staff who supported me in getting the proofs done. It was also smooth so far. Especially Keiken, she has helped me a lot to be honest. Keiken is very patient, helpful, supportive and gives me very detailed reply which I am so greatful for. She has made the conversation a whole lot easier. That's also why I have requested to work with Keiken twice.
