I just got my proofs for my products, and Una was absolutely spectacular in helping me out, from helping sort out a mistake I made when ordering to getting me clean digital proofs and photos of the test items before shipment! I've used Vograce multiples times before, but thanks to Una this has been the best experience yet! They had let me know that my order might not be completed before the New Years holidays coming up on the 12th, but they went above and beyond and got my order proofed and ready to ship well before that!
I will be returning for more product soon, and I hope I get Una as my rep next time!

Vograce always delivers excellent quality and timely service. They're also incredibly kind and accommodating. I had some health issues that caused me to place an order for my next convention late, but they've been wonderful making sure to work with me quickly so my items arrive in time!

This my sixth time I've ordered on Vograce, some orders I placed went wrong at the time due to logistical failures (mainly they were missing parts, which was fixed in the second to last order). A year later I decided to order some glitter epoxy keychains from Vograce and everything is fine! the artproof, production and shipping were so fast and I get surprised!

Definitely I'll work with her in my next orders, also she speaks Spanish, which made communication easy.

Amazing quality for amazing prices. Not only that but the service is incredible as well!! I had a market coming up and submitted a bunch of stuff to Vograce kind of at the last minute. I had asked if there was a way for things to be rushed/prioritized, and not only did they do that, but everything came a full day sooner than what was originally said (which was already far earlier than I had been imagining). Their customer service is always incredibly kind and helpful. I've been using their services for a bit over a year now and have always been really pleased with how everything turns out. I'm looking forward to using their services more :D
