Firstly, this was my first time ordering and everyone I spoke to was extremely helpful and patient explaining everything! Secondly, the rep that was assigned to my order Frank was amazing and went out of his way to contact the company that was handling the shipping for me since I was having a headache trying to get any sort of update on my package. I was very satisfied with the product. VOGRACE is a very reliable company with 10/10 customer service. Merida was wonderful and was quick to fix my problem, which was a defective product (there was a dot in my acrylic) by sending a brand new one! Very kind, professional, and understanding.
This is a great company. I had a problem with the cropping on one of my pins. It was partially my mistake, yet, Beira, was so helpful in her explanation of the problem, and offered to correct and reprint my pins at no cost to me. How considerate and kind these people are. Beira was wonderful to work with and quick to respond. And, the quality of their product was exceptional. I will be ordering all my pins from them, and you should too.
