The booking process was easy. On the fitting day the engineer, Chris, arrived on time and was very helpful. He discussed the fitting options clearly before progressing and once fitted explained the use of App/charger. I would strongly recommend using Voltari based on my experience.
Our EV charger install was anything but standard. A long run, and awkward siting of the charger meant Voltari had their work cut out for them. They approached the job with professionalism and are obviously at the top of their game. I would highly recommend Voltari and, if the need is there in the future, I will not hesitate to contact them again.
Just had my Zaptec Home EV Charger fitted and received excellent service, the quote was competitive and they were very easy to deal with.Unfortunately there was an unavoidable Van issue on the day that delayed my installation but I’m a big believer in when things go wrong it’s the sign of a good company in how they go about sorting the issue and Voltari kept me informed and rearranged it very quickly so I’m more than happy.Big well done to Hanif who did the actual installation he was very neat and polite and has done a great job even coming back to do the commissioning at a time better for me !Highly recommended
