No free trial!!I wanted to test the VPN and I saw it has a 7-day free trial, I clicked on it, it automatically billed me for a month, no free trial at all, I contacted the customer support through the app but no response, I requested a refund too on the same day, no response too. This will just bring down the VPN sales, it's not smart business move. I could leave a good review if the VPN was honest, but now you just lose customers.

Very dodgy company I would avoid just in case there is a problem they are not on your side. I tested trial, forgot to cancel and got charged 70£ for yearly subscription, my bad. Cancelled and contacted them literally minutes after the payment was taken, received a pre determined email about regretting to inform me that I don’t qualify for refund since it’s been an auto payment, wtf is the difference, your website shines with “30 days money back guarantee “ for “ out peace of mind “ yet they have problems refunding minutes after I contacted them. On top that, it wasn’t even their decision to make about refund since later I realised that because auto purchase was done through their app from App Store, customers are actually paying to Apple directly not them hence you get refund from Apple, yet they tried to gaslight me from taking further attempts by “ denying “ my refund , because it was auto payment? I thought I’ll be stuck with service I don’t need for a year and down 70£ but after contacting Apple I received a refund no questions asked. I have enough of your service, wouldn’t use you ever again.
Have used for a year but it stopped working. Tried to reinstall but the installer is damaged according to my computer. Live chat just cut me off and vanished from the screen when I asked for help. Technical never came back to me. Do not buy.
Buyer be aware about the cancelation procedure and process. If you buy their monthly subscription through play store and then before next billing cycle you decide to cancel and play store confirm the cancelation. The company still send you the Bill. This is not right.I also learned that their reason is that when I signed up through their website and then downloaded their app through Play store and paid for it through the store. This means two subscriptions and not one even though I paid for one userID and one system. This is really mad and the challenging part is to deal with credit card company since this is a subscription. thanks to Play store once you cancelled , then they stop the payment, but with credit company is a different story and once the vendor have your number they can charge you and you have to keep on disputing it. I may have to change my card all together because of this unprofessional sale tactic
