Review Time
I order the same product that I did the first time I used this company and got charged more. I also never got full confirmation that my order was ready to be completed despite several emails asking. They were unprofessional the very first time I used them and it was the same this time around. It sucks because I love their work but I need dependability
I've done business with this company before and prior to now I've had smooth experiences. I bought the 5x5 jacket $2 each was supposed to be full cover art color art on the disc and shrink wrapped. Well two out of three isn't bad. These were not shrink wrapped. They were put into little cellophane CD bags that had the sticky strip to hold them down. These were not shrink wrapped thus making this product look extremely amateur! I'm disappointed to say the very least. Not to mention, my experiences with Max this time weren't very cordial. He seemed rushed every time we had a conversation about my project or my product. Very disinterested as a salesperson. I guess you live and you learn. I definitely learn from this Glad I did a short run instead of a full project. Perhaps if you keep your purchases to the USB cards everything will be fine. They printed some of those for me before and they came out excellent. But the CDs and this product leaves a lot to be desired.
