I contact customer service and they were unable to find a solution to the technical issues I experienced, and I ended up finding another VPN service that was able to work.
Wow, I must say it's great experience using their vpn service and they have quite considerate customer service. I use it a lot during my traveling time and in the public, though not too much travel the past months then, you know the reason...Anyway, I've been using this app for more than a year with its 2 years plan.
