It is disastrous. I received the products I ordered. In reality, they look cheap, the wrong size, and, on top of that, are made in Wuhan, China. I am trying to contact customer service via e-mail since no other way is provided, and I am getting nowhere. Thus far, I received no response or the information on how to return it despite the website saying that products could be returned within 30 days. This is just a scam

Lousiest company I’ve ever had to deal with will never buy again. They actually sent me the same size twice and tried to tell me it was different. They even charged me $15 for shipping for the replacement sweater vest. Based on the quality it probably only cost five dollars to manufactureI will never buy from this company again
Negative 10000 stars!! Stay away. Complete fraud. After stringing me along w several days of emails they tell me that I have 30 days from purchase date to return the shoes to China at my own cost. They also stated that there is no guarantee that they will receive them and if they don’t, there is no refund. They took 5 weeks to get here soooooo.
I wish I read this before I ordered! The Evelyn dress appears to be flannel & says it’s cotton. It’s a plaid pattern printed on white fabric. You see the white at the neck & cant roll sleeves with out cheap white. It’s very thin, cheap sewing. SHEIN in better quality & I paid $70 for it. Return has to go to China and you pay shipping. Complete fraud! Don’t be fooled like me.
This retailer operates out of China and if you need to return something, it will cost you a fortune to ship it back. I purchased some leather shoes and received a a shoe that was, in my mind", a hunk of junk. When I tried to return it, I was met with their so called "return policy". Shame on them.
