Shocking customer service. I emailed to cancel my free trial but they’ve changed their policy so it cancels in 30 days not immediately, meaning you’re charged for the first month. It’s then impossible to contact anyone. They don’t issue the refund via email. You’ll be on the phone for hours. The live chat cuts you off so you can’t speak to anyone that way. I raised a dispute via PayPal and Fabletics have said that they won’t refund while the dispute is open but if I close it, they also won’t refund as that would be the dispute going in their favour. This company doesn’t operate in good faith and is an absolute scam.
Dear Fabletics Customer Service,
I am writing to formally complain about an unauthorized £60 charge taken from my account on 2 February 2026.
I did not knowingly or clearly agree to any subscription. The way this membership was applied to my purchase appears deliberately misleading and deceptive. I made a first-time purchase and paid for the product I selected. I did not agree to ongoing monthly charges. The fact that £60 has been taken from my account without my explicit consent is unacceptable.
I require the following actions immediately:
Immediate cancellation of any subscription or membership linked to my account.
A full refund of the £60 already taken.
Written confirmation that no further payments will be processed.
Assurance that no additional money will be taken from my account.
Today, 11 February 2026, I attempted to resolve this by calling your customer support. After explaining to the automated system that my issue concerned the £60 charge from 2 February, I was told the waiting time was 45 minutes and that I was number 65 in the queue. After waiting 25 minutes, I was still number 65 in the queue. This is unacceptable. I am also being charged for this call, which makes the situation even worse.
This experience has been extremely disappointing. I feel misled and taken advantage of by what appears to be a subscription trap. I have never experienced this from a company that claims to be reputable.
If this matter is not resolved immediately with cancellation and full refund, I will escalate the issue without hesitation. This will include contacting my bank to dispute the charge, reporting the matter to the relevant consumer protection authorities, and sharing my experience publicly.
I expect confirmation of cancellation and refund without delay.

I fall into the trap of buying monthly membership of £59.99 which is a trap. They made cancellation very difficult. But after a lot of effort if you were able to place the request they won't act on it and continue drawing monwy from your account. Moreover, there is no communication of when the membership will be cancelled and what should customers do while waiting.
If the intensions are right they could've give all the option as immidiate cancellation or not. But they dont care about customer service at all.
The quality of the cloths are not good enough to justify their price even if you are a VIP member. Its all just a hollow marketing. Save yourself dont give your card information and stay as far as possible.
Ordered 2 pairs of leggings. They cancelled one pair. No refund.
Then get a message to say they have taken 59.99 via Amazon and will take it weeklly. I had absolutely no knowledge of agreeing any such subscription. Cancelled any further payments via Amazon but having difficulty getting my money back. Only a genetic response from Fabletics.
STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY
This service took £60 from me without my consent, and when I sought assistance, there was no one available to take my calls. Charging customers while presenting it as “points rewards” is misleading and completely unacceptable. I’ve essentially lost £60, and to make matters worse, the points aren’t even beneficial. They can’t be used effectively for clothing, which is already of very poor quality. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and distressing. Taking money without authorization and failing to provide customer support is a reprehensible business practice. I would strongly recommend that others avoid this service.
This brand is definitely my favorite when it comes to leggings, tops, and T-shirts. I absolutely adore their clothing for its comfort, quality, and style. They are ideal for daily wear, workouts, cozy days at home, and anytime I want to feel comfy while still looking good. The materials are incredibly soft, well-fitted, and durable. Even after numerous washes, everything remains in excellent condition. The leggings fit perfectly, stay in place, and are truly a joy to wear. The only drawback is that the products can be pricey, so I can’t shop there as often as I wish. However, during promotions or discounts, it’s absolutely worth it because the quality really compensates. If I could, I would shop here all the time. I highly recommend this brand to anyone who appreciates comfort, style, and exceptional quality. Truly an outstanding company ❤️
I had heard a lot about this company and decided to buy some leggings during a promotional offer. The leggings themselves were lovely, but the requirement to sign up for a monthly subscription felt odd. We proceeded with it, believing we could cancel later. After canceling, we were told to expect an outcome within 30 days, but that never happened, and attempts to process it again were unsuccessful. We didn’t receive any email confirmation, so we decided to 'pause' the subscription to avoid further charges. Again, no email confirmation was sent to us, although we saw a message on the screen indicating it was paused. Despite this, we were still charged. When we contacted them, we finally received an email confirming our cancellation, but they have yet to process our refund. Although customer service is said to be good, our experience has been quite frustrating.
This company operates in a deceptive manner, signing you up for a VIP membership without your consent. They automatically charge £59.99 every month. When you attempt to cancel, they assure you it's done, but that's not the case. They've just deducted another payment from me without my knowledge. If I don't receive a refund, I will ensure that their practices are exposed across all social media platforms. They've underestimated the situation, and they'll soon realize their mistake.
I bought two pairs of leggings. One has been satisfactory, but the other has been quite disappointing. I’ve worn it only twice, and it has already started to pill, with the seam coming undone. Considering the price, I expected better quality. I hope this was just a defective item, but it’s frustrating to see it deteriorate so quickly.
