This has been one of the most disappointing online shopping experiences I've encountered. My package never arrived, and despite sending numerous emails, I continue to be ignored. It's been so long that I nearly forgot about the order, but three months later, I still haven't received a response, a refund, or my package. It's truly outrageous; I feel completely abandoned by the seller. Without leaving a public review like this, I doubt anything would change. I sincerely hope this review helps the owner understand how frustrating this situation is for customers. Learn from my mistake and consider ordering from a different place.
The bracelet is stunning and easily adjustable, matching the pictures perfectly with incredible stone details. The only reason I can't give 5 stars is the delivery took nearly 3 weeks, despite the estimated 1-2 days to my country. A bit disappointing, but better late than never. Overall, I’m very happy with my order despite the delay.
