1 star because the form does not allow zero stars. Wrong sizes sent. One XL shirt would barely fit

1 star because the form does not allow zero stars. Wrong sizes sent. One XL shirt would barely fit a 4 ft tall person. Attempts by me to get a refund and return the shirts are met with constant resistance (from customer dis-service) and refusal to refund. i am giving up on the $100 (US) of clothing. This is a Chinese scam site. I should have done more research and not believed it was located in Manhattan. Enjoy the website folks, you are sending charity money to people in China.

wish I had checked reviews first

So-called 100% cashmere was actually polyester and spandex.Sleeves are finished badly. What a joke. Unfortunately, the joke's on me.Now I'm running short on time to get a birthday present for my husband.

Baited and switched

Jacket advertised as "Crafted from 100% Premium Cashmere" has label saying it is 100% Polyester. Size XL feels like a size M. Item arrived 13 days after order.

Men’s cashmere sweater and women's blouse

I ordered the men’s cashmere sweater and the women’s silk blouse, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The men’s sweater was poorly proportioned. My husband typically wears a medium, and while the body fit adequately, the sleeves were significantly too short—so much so that the sweater was unwearable. The women’s blouse was equally problematic. It looked nothing like the photo on the website. Although I ordered a medium, the neck was uncomfortably tight, and the fabric did not drape at all as depicted. The overall cut and quality were far below expectations. To make matters worse, the return process has been nearly impossible. Customer service suggested that I “gift the items to family or friends” instead of facilitating a proper return. That response was both dismissive and unacceptable.Based on my experience, I strongly advise against purchasing from this website.

This is a scam company

This is a scam company. Their advertised cashmere sweatshirt is actually 95% polyester and 5% spandex per its tag. Really poor quality as well.

Premium feel without the ridiculous markup

Stopped by the shop last weekend. The vibe is great and the staff really knows their leather. They helped me find a versatile boot that works for both the office and the weekend. Subtracting one star just because they were out of stock on a few of the colors I saw online, but the pair I ended up with is solid.

Not at all as advertised!

I purchased clothing advertised as "100% cashmere" only to receive merchandise with fabric tags showing "100% polyester." Complete misrepresentation. Emails went unanswered for weeks, and in order to try to get a refund had to pay return shipping. Do not buy under any circumstances, it is a huge scam.

Comfort First

You can tell these aren't your typical mall shoes. The stitching and the leather quality at Walkergrey are top-notch. They feel like they’ll last for years. The price point is a bit of an investment, and I wish they included a travel shoe bag with the purchase, but you definitely get what you pay for in terms of durability.
