Extremely disappointing quality.

The toastie bread is awful; it should be labeled as medium slice, and the crusts are incredibly sharp! I doubt any celebrity would choose to eat it! It's clear why the packaging conceals the bread—no one would buy it if they could see it! This should be flagged for misrepresentation or fraud! Absolutely unacceptable!!

The toastie bread is dreadful.

The toastie bread is dreadful. It should be labeled as medium slice, and the crusts are razor-sharp! I doubt even a celebrity would eat it! It's no surprise you hide the bread with packaging—no one would buy it if they could see it! This should be reported for misrepresentation or fraud! Absolutely disgraceful!!

If I could, I would rate this company zero...

If I could, I would rate this company zero stars. It's all about profit... The amount of chemicals in the bread is outrageous—it's truly terrible bread.

I regret purchasing the seed rolls...

I regret purchasing the seed rolls from the gluten-free range; they made me extremely ill with stomach pain. I have an intolerance and am allergic to eggs, and I had to induce vomiting to avoid an asthma attack and possibly a hospital visit. To my shock, I discovered they included egg white in the bread. How can they claim the bread is suitable for vegetarians if it contains egg white? Do they even understand what vegetarian means? Also, how can they claim to be halal using egg white? So many questions! I tried to reach out to customer service but received no response.

Just purchased another loaf of white bread...

Just purchased another loaf of white bread and once again, it's proven to be the best UK white bread available.

Poor taste and quality.

Poor taste and quality! Who puts palm oil in bread?! Making a loaf at home tastes amazing (no palm oil!), yet buying from the store tastes bland, feels wrong, and is loaded with palm oil! And a brand name like this as well!

Insufficient quality control.

Insufficient quality control. Unnatural bread and products. The ingredients suggest excessive laboratory and chemical involvement. The products seem designed for maximum profit with minimal quality, showing no regard for the consumer. I would definitely avoid this.

Experts in Shrinkflation.

This company excels at Shrinkflation. Currant teacakes have shrunk in size while the price has increased. Absolutely disgusting—it's a total ripoff.

Concerned about ingredient quality.

I was worried about how long it took to read the ingredient list on a typical loaf of bread. Many of the ingredients are unpronounceable. I thought I would try what I believed was a quality option. I paid more than usual, but it tasted terrible—like soap. Years ago, bread was made from simple ingredients like flour, water, and salt. Now it feels like a risky option for your health.

What is that chemical taste?

Can you please explain the chemical taste in the thick sliced loaf? The last two loaves I've bought were terrible.
