SCAMMERS! All images on the site are stolen from elsewhere or AI generated. My husband ordered a leather cowboy hat and received a FELT COSTUME HAT. The other items received were NOT the ones pictured but were made out of leather...with knockoff Chinese tags. Husband contacted support asking for a full refund and they told him he'd have to cover the costs to return the items -- TO CHINA, which will cost us close to $100. This has been a NIGHTMARE experience and we are being ROBBED of our time, sanity, and money by this fraud.
I just received my Wards Leathergoods bag and to my enormous disappointment it's made from cheap, thin plastic and not the quality leather that they advertised and promised. I have already emailed the company rejecting the item and requesting a refund. I'll update this review with news of how I get on. Part 2Wards Leathergoods customer support are certainly prompt. I have received two emails offering a further discount on my purchase. I have rejected their offer and now have an address in China to send my unwanted bag. The reasons for rejecting the bag are:There isn’t one part of this bag made from actual leather.Their website tells a story of handcrafted leather goods made from premium crafted materials and that this is a closing down sale. However the same 5 bags are left after I purchased mine 2 weeks ago. I do not trust this company and the thin, machine made brown plastic bag is clearly not as they advertised.
The bag was described to be made of leather with decades of experience at a discount. Fell for that. The bag was fake leather, pleather. It was shown with a metal zipper that was plastic. It was shown as fully stitched at the seams. Mine had a strange zipper in either ends that made the bag flat. It was described with material lined but mine was a plastic, synthetic material. There was no brand name or tag in the bag. To return it had to be shipped internationally to China that cost more than what I paid for. A total scam
The products looked good online, but to be frank, I thought they wouldn't be as good as they were claiming and how great the pictures of their products looked. I was pleasantly surprised because the shoulder sling bag, the baseball cap and gloves were fine quality and quality workmanship. The gloves turned out to be too small for me so I reached out to the company and they responded in a timely manner and I had an email exchange over the course of the next 24 hours. During that time I received all of the instructions to send back the pair of gloves that were too small and how to finish the process of getting the gloves that fit me better. The bottom line is that I thought there were going to be some problems with returning the item and getting the correct size but that process went really smoothly. I wouldn't hesitate purchasing from this company again!
My order date is September 4, 2025, and today is September 29th. I still have not received my purchase. I had contacted the company three times before I found out they had sent my purchase to California, but I live in Michigan. After apologizing for their error, they did not allow me to make any changes or cancel the purchase, but advised me that it may be at least 15 more days.
Pretty much a scam on facebook. probably based in China, they don't answer emails, there is no phone number or address, and the website is only two months old.So they responded and still no phone number or address! Because it’s a sham sham.
