I purchased a Lennox hand made leather bag from Wards . I got a machine made pvc bag . I went on line to Wards but as yet I have no answer to my complaint . I have asked for a total refund of £94.00 . I have told them I am happy to return there bag if they provide a pre paid postage return label . I am also going to talk to Apple Pay and my bank about claim the money back .
Not really sure what to think for the price. I don’t think I got ripped off, but I was expecting better on the website leads you to believe you’re getting a full handcrafted leather bag experience which this is not but like I said for the price, I don’t think I got hurt
I decided to take a chance and order the backpack from an unknown company. To my surprise, I was thoroughly impressed with the workmanship of the item. The leather is rich and durable, and the zippers are securely attached. The backpack has numerous pockets on the outside, as well as some well-organized pockets and inserts.
