Ordered a pair of slippers on the 12th Feb, hoping they may come in time as a small gift for valentines day.
Absolutely no sign still on the 24th.
Emailed Maria at support several times, she's no use whatsoever. Doesn't seem to have a care in the world. Same reply which seems to be an automated one.
I certainly won't be using this company again!!

I just received the item, and although I'm not entirely sure how it works yet, I find it very nice and compact. I believe it will be easy to use. The delivery was a bit late, but that's okay. Overall, my experience with the purchase has been positive.
Absolutely disgracefully service. I tried to cancel my order the day after purchasing and never got a response. I then emailed another 7 times (no one answers the phone number provided). I got no response and suddenly 2 months later the item showed up. Trying to claim my money back from my bank. SCAM COMPANY! Buyers beware
Avoid this company at all cost, they are legal scammers they send inferior cheap shoes (via China) 12 days later not 5 wrapped in plastic in a cloth bag, not the ones you ordered no address to send returns. Emailed company many times but stall every time saying they will look into it but give no address to return them they took the money on 2nd day am still waiting 3 months later for the correct shoes I ordered, they just keep stalling to ever email I send by saying they will look into this, so, people avoid this company as they are not the genuine company they purport to be, just a shoddy company with lots of fancy looking adverts to buy there wares but I must say they are ultra quick to take the money out of your bank account and I give them 10/10 for that they are just a bunch of scammers so have nothing to do with them.
This company is misleading customers by posing as a UK-based seller. I placed an order two weeks ago, thinking the item was already in the UK, but it still hasn't arrived! I'm frustrated with sellers pretending to be local; I strongly recommend steering clear of them.
I would rate this service even lower than one star if possible. The delivery was excessively delayed. When the gloves finally arrived, they were too small, so I requested an exchange. It took them four days to respond, only to inform me that I had surpassed the return window—unbelievable! I strongly advise against using this company as they are dishonest.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. The shoes I ordered seem to be counterfeit and are nothing like what was shown on their website. I tried to contact them multiple times to return the shoes but received no response. They don't answer their phone, nor do they reply to emails or forms submitted through their site. It's just complete silence. It's best to avoid this company if you want to save your money.

However, delivery takes longer than anticipated, and the product is clearly not what was expected, with a significant misrepresentation. What was advertised as leather turns out to be a low-quality polyvinyl. Additionally, there has been no response through various communication channels. Fortunately, my bank was able to reverse the transaction, and you might need to consider doing the same.
