Ordered two embroidered make up bags for partner and daughter and they came with plastic printed names on them and material of bag was very cheap and I’ve emailed four times with pictures requesting a refund and no one has got back to me disgraceful customer service
It doesn't even deserve one star!What a joke. If anyone is considering buying the DJ plaque, please don't.. what a mess. Very cheaply done, DJ name wasn't even spelt right. Long story short, they began with a 30% off price for my dissatisfaction then progressed to 100%. I actually wanted the plaque to look exact what was advertised... and that's all.. but they didn't want to do that... what sort of a business is that!!!.Anyhow NEVER AGAIN. I'd strongly advise that you don't order that plaque or you'll be very very disappointed to the point of being ashamed of the product.
This is not a UK company the cheap products take 3 weeks to arrive from China. I ordered the Mountainbike Xmas bauble and it is nothing like the advertisement it is a cheap piece of flat plastic with a photograph on it. Paid over £20 for a complete rip off
The dj gift arrived nothing like it was advertised.cheap plastic and very low quality and for £30 was a rip off.asked for refund and they put off saying they would give 10% back.i refused and they kept offering minimal refund percentage.i ended up with 50% as I cannot get to send back.do not order from here
