I would give zero stars to this highly unprofessional business if I could. Happy to take your hard earned money but ghost you if there are any issues. Don't back up their faulty, poor quality products and has been the worst service I have ever experienced. Would NEVER recommend these cowboys or their shoddy hats. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Selling items they don’t have in stock.

Paid for a hat that they did not have in stock. Couldn’t fulfil the order but am yet to receive word of a refund. Wouldn’t bother with this lot. Nice hats but lousy service.

The store truly has New Zealand’s largest collection of caps and hats, with so many unique styles to choose from – flat caps, cowboy hats, beanies, and more.The quality is excellent – you can really feel the durability and premium finish when you hold the cap. Shipping was quick, and the packaging was neat and professional. Doesn't even deserve a single star

Doesn't even deserve a single star! They sent a completely different cap than the one shown in the product pictures! Cheap CHINA GARBAGE 🙄 and it arrived completely crumpled in a bag that was way too small 🤦🏻‍♂️You wait in vain for answers...Luckily, PayPal refunded my money immediately

Ordered a cap from Urban Caps and everything went perfectly but what really surprised me was how smooth and fast the whole process felt from browsing to checkout and delivery updates.I’m with Trustpower for internet at home, and I can honestly say the connection has never let me down. The website loaded fast, no lag, even when I was scrolling through heaps of photos and switching between tabs. The email updates from Urban Caps also came through instantly no delays, which I’ve had in the past with slower internet.It’s one of those things you don’t really notice until it works exactly like it should. Props to both Urban Caps for the awesome caps and Trustpower for keeping my connection rock solid. No buffering. No headaches. Just smooth.Would happily recommend both.

Wrong item and won't correct their mistake

I ordered a Navy Blue wooden cheesecutter flat cap from this store.They ended up sending me the coffee brim grey version of the hat.I emailed them immediately to let them know of the mistake and to ask if I can please return the hat and have the correct one sent. I also included a photo of the one that I received to prove that they sent the wrong item.Despite this it has now been one month since my first email about the issue and they continue to completely ignore me.I would give them 1 star, since it is what they deserve. However, they did send me a hat, and it is the right style, just the wrong colour.So I upgraded them to a 2 stars. Which even with the incorrect item being sent, if they had rectified the situation I would have given them 5 stars for it.
