Ollie visited us today as our dishwasher hasn't been heating up as well as it had been.He diagnosed that we needed a new thermostat and heating element. After a discussion we decided it was not cost effective to have the repairs done . We were so grateful to Ollie for his honesty and diagnosis. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Thank you Ollie.We would well recommend this company.
Really pleased with the service we have received from Wash Tech Repairs. Over the years we have used the 4 times for various domestic appliances. Each time they were easy to contact and set up an appointment, the engineer arrived on time and carried the appropriate parts. The engineer also gave us advice on how to avoid problems in the future. Great service.
Amazing service. Logged a request on the website at 10pm about our faulty washing machine and had an email first thing the next day confirming someone would be with us between 12-5pm and a very pleasant and professional technician turned up around 12pm, detected the issue and installed a new pump all within 15 mins. Never known service like it!
Ollie came and fixed my washing machine after it had been incorrectly installed by another tradesman. Then he replaced the rubber trim on the oven and dishwasher doors. It might seem pricey, but he clearly knew his stuff and I just wish I had used them in the first instance.

Problem quickly found and rectified. Replaced plug and wall socket. Tested machine, offered advice on maintenance, answered all my questions spontaneously. I was very impressed indeed by Ollie. I had complete confidence in his work. His knowledge, his attitude, friendly and polite and got on with the job, no hanging about. The call-out charge covered everything involved in the repair.
