The box used to ship the materials was completely inadequate. Both ends ripped open in transit and FED EX had to tape then closed. The box was delivered a day late by FED EX due to this. We were shocked to find out that no parts were missing, which is amazing considering that both ends were open and anything could have been easily lost. NavePoint should have packaged this MUCH better.
The doors on the 22U unit are *NOT* reversible as advertised. Technically you can flip the door, but the logo will then be upside down and it is etched in the glass, so its not just a sticker that you could peel off. Looks absolutely ridiculous and is a stupid design for as much as these cost.
