Precise and insightful information on a vast catalogue of watches.

I have used the website and the mobile app for a number of years now and I am extremely satisfied with my experience. Not only was I able to create a watchlist of timepieces that I follow and for which I get a constant updated information on price trend and listings, but I can also access a comprehensive review of a set of data such as liquidity, synthetic risk assesment or year of launch on the market of the watches I follow. It is the reference point for any watch lover or serious collector.

Unmatched Data with Responsive Customer Support

After trying other watch market/research platforms, it is clear that WatchCharts data is far superior in every way. What has prompted me to leave this review though is their customer support. I had a small issue with my account and emailed them at 7pm. I figured since this was after hours I would need to wait 24-72 hours for a response. To my surprise, I received a response not even 30 minutes later (from the company owner) stating that the issue had been fixed and to let them know if there was anything else they could do to help.... A great product AND customer support.... How rare is that these days? Thank you WatchCharts!

One month free is BS

One month free is BS, you risk getting charged $700 annual fee.Plus they make it incredibly difficult to delete your account. Two attempts using 6 digit code sent to my email after I have to request account deletion and the codes don't work. After numerous attempts I'm still a registered user.

Necessary service for collectors

My go-to tool anytime I have to look up listings for a watch I’m interested in, or want to read about the state of the market.

WatchCharts is an invaluable tool

WatchCharts is an invaluable tool. It’s my first stop when buying or selling a watch. There is no competitor that offers their combination of aggregate market data and pricing information. If you are serious about buying and selling watches, this is where you need to be. The only downside to subscribing to their service is that your friends will ask you to help sell their watches. Be a watch wizard… use WatchCharts.

Watch Charts is the best price trend tool out there!

Watch Charts is an amazing repository of information to discover watches and particularly stay up to date on trends of watches. Especially when buying modern watches, I always make sure to check WatchCharts before making a decision to ensure I’m getting the best deal. 10/10.

Great data

Great company — I have used their service for reliable data and market insights for many years now. Would be great to cover more brands, but the market is understandably thin for some. Specifically, I’ve been able to confidently price my secondary sales. Often times you can only find list prices, not actual sales data — watchcharts fixes this.
