Don't sell your watch to them

Don't sell your watch to them. After you send your watch, they will say it needs a full service. They told me my brand new watch that was rarely worn needed a full service. Complete scam. beware.

Great value and service from Watchfinder!

Loving my Cartier Roadster! Highly recommend Watchfinder. My Certified Preowned Cartier exceeded my expectations. In the New York Office, ask for Daylan Hoekstra, who was amazing as my sales associate. Answered all of my questions promptly and facilitated the ordering of an extra link. Professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Buying process was easy, and shipping was quick. My watch arrived well-packaged, with the extra link added. The watch itself is beautiful. It’s been serviced perfectly. And of course is keeping great time. The value provided by Watchfinder is excellent: good price, Cartier-approved and professionally serviced watch, and 2-year CPO Cartier international warranty. Much, much better experience than buying second hand and having to authenticate and service the watch myself. This will not be my last purchase from Watchfinder. Thank you, Daylan, for all your help.

Very sub-standard communication

Very sub-standard communication - especially for the size of the purchase. Pretty much every aspect of the experice other than getting a trade in quote and finding a watch are very good. after that, not a good experice.
