Received the watch in time. Package was well taken care for. I wish the bracelet was adjusted as it arrived too big despite putting the size on the order. Had to take it in to an authorized cartier store to have the links adjusted. Overall happy with the preloved purchase. It almost looked brand new.
I had a great experience purchasing from Watchfinder. I found the watch I wanted (IWC - Mark XVIII) at a price I considered fair, made an offer, and they countered back within a business day or so. I decided to purchase the watch, and it was shipped overnight to me, so there was very little waiting time. Packaging was excellent, papers for the watch were included in original packaging and the watch was flawless. I plan to purchase again in the future.
I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with this company was extremely disappointing. The staff was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional throughout the entire interaction. Rather than listening to my questions, they spoke down to me and made me feel as though my business wasn’t valued. In an industry built on trust and customer service, this kind of treatment is unacceptable. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a respectful, transparent, and professional experience.
