My first experience with Watchfinder, and it was great! I found an almost new 2024 Tudor Black Bay off their website, and I had a few questions which the sales associate was happy to answer and was very helpful in finalizing the sale. Watch arrived quickly and was in virtually perfect condition at a price that was 20% off of new with 4 of it's 5 years of factory warranty still remaining. Came with all cards, tag and factory boxes. Terrific experience, and I'm sure I'll be working with them again.
I was hesitant at first, but after speaking to the customer service team by phone and by email, my concerns were resolved. The entire process went exactly as described.
