they come and service my boiler every year, very professional, and lovely, very customer focussed, they also have come out on an emergency, and they fitted a boiler for me not too long ago, and im so happy with the service they provide to me as i can trust them to get the job done correctly as im an oap :) it's great to know that i have someone to rely on.
I had a gas cooker put in by waterworx. The gas engineer, Keelan was prompt and on time to install it for me. He was very professional and clean cut on the service he provided for me. He provided a very efficient service and was very quick. The service they provided was excellent even to the customer service team they was very helpful when booking an appointment. Highly recommended
I always call Waterworx for repairs to my house. They are a company I have used for years. They installed my new central heating system and did a great job. They installed my new bathroom and recently installed a new fuse box. Everyone on the team has been great.
Not impressed at all, I was talked into wrapping copper pipework around the front of my house and then later found out there was a capped pipe behind my oven. This was later rectified after I held back the final payment, but I wouldn't have known if their senior engineer hadn't come to inspect the work completed. The only reason I'm giving them two stars is because of the after care by Keith, he checked in with me throughout and didn't make anything difficult to resolve. Make sure they don't outsource the work!
I started using Waterworx (St Ives, Cambs) last year, I needed a boiler service. Found Stephen brilliant, explained everything, did a thorough job and was impressed with the whole service from start to finish.I used them again for a bit of plumbing work a few months ago, 2 young lads came out and did the job, and explained what they needed to do and the issues they faced. The price stayed the same, the work was brilliant and I've had no issues.We will be using Waterworx now for all of our boiler services, and plumbing work. Cannot recommend them enough.
Came to fit an outside tapManaged to drill through a cold feed into the wall flooding my kitchen.After removing my dishwasher to fix the issue they then failed to reinstall it properly.Edit**Waterworx haven’t put anything right as I don’t trust them to do the job correctly
