Terrible experience with the service. I ordered jeans and while the brand quality is decent, it does not match the size. I attempted to initiate an exchange but the pickup service was unresponsive. I have sent multiple follow-up emails and messages on social media with little to no response, and there is no contact number available. It's a waste of money.
Warning: This is a scam. They are dishonest and have misled me. I placed an order a month ago and sent 40 emails, all met with lies. They will take your money without delivering the products. They present themselves as hardworking, but in reality, they are con artists skilled in deception.

You might receive a store credit after sending numerous emails, but there’s no guarantee once you return the item. The jeans are of low quality, heavy, and bulky, with poorly sewn crystals.
