Horrible service! I bought an ice bath, but it came broken. Since the quality was showing to be bad i asked for a return but they said to send me a new one, I said no and had to fight with them by email several times to get an approved return. Also I paid extra to add the service of paying after 2 months, but they said ti money was inmediately blocked of my account for a week. After returning the product I had to write them to check if they received it. They confirmed the return but after two months then they took my money. I complained and they paid me back after some days but not the extra charge that i paid for delaying the payment (80kr). A nightmare of store, never ever again buying from them!!
Worst shopping experience ever…..feel totally cheated and lied both from the website and the customer service. The website highlights 2-3 delivery time but after one week, the item was still not handed to the delivery company. We asked the status from the customer service and were told the item is under shipping. However, after checking with the delivery company, we came to know that our item is still not handed to them (after the entire week). The experience was awful and very disappointing…. We asked for refund and it is ridiculous to know that we can not cancel the order (even before the item is shipped) and we can only wait until receiving and return it for refund. Totally no clue why such company can exist in Norway…..
