Review Time
I was searching for my first wetsuit for open water swimming and having had no experience in buying a wetsuit online before I looked around a lot of different stores, finally landing on Watery.no. There was so much helpful information regarding which type of wetsuit is best for what type of activity, this helped me to trust that they know what they are talking about. I ended up going to the original wetsuit company page (Zone3) to double check my sizing, just to be sure. I am super happy with my purchase, delivery was quick, and the wetsuit was pretty tough to get on at first but after the first 2 swims it now fits perfectly. I would definitely buy a Zone3 wetsuit again and will buy from Watery.no again.
I ordered Friday night and got them right on time before my flight to Crete. i was a bit worried but the support team reassured me that it will arrive on time.Everything worked great and feels like good quality.I bought two full face snorkling mask 1 was a little defective but kinda works. Support was contacted and they told me to exchange it after I come back from my Trip.Also bought the big beach towel(200x190) and it's pretty great keeps sand away, and stays dry also it folds down to fit in ur bag without taking alot of space.And of course I bought two swimming finns and they helped us swim faster while snorkling.Over all 9/10 just for the mask problem.
Extremely poor. Order an item on Friday 23rd with the assurance it would arrive Monday 26th. It's now Friday 30th and nothing has arrived. Ordered the item for a holiday starting this Monday so whenever it arrives (if it does at all) it will be too late. Have emailed their 'kundeservice' twice this week and received no answer. Am not going to pay for this order. Rubbish online shoo!
My package got lost. The customer representative kept telling me to contact Bring while Bring told me to contact the seller. Then Watery sent me a new package, but there was a product that was not in stock. I was asked if I wanted the package without the product, to which I said yes. But about 1.5 months after ordering the first package, the missing product has not been refunded yet and my email to support has not yet been answered. Packages get lost and I don’t hold Watery responsible for that, but customer service was giving me a lot of conflicting information and the process was very confusing and exhausting.
