The supplier mistakenly sent my order to my son's workplace instead of my address. I'm baffled by how they obtained his address, as my billing information clearly lists mine. They insisted it was the address I provided. It’s frustrating, as I know my own address. Their response was dismissive, stating it was my problem. I advise others to be cautious when ordering and to take screenshots of everything. I can’t make a 600-mile round trip, so I just canceled my credit card. Now, they can retrieve the batteries. This was nearly a $900 order. Proceed with caution.

I ordered a 12V 100Ah 'Like New Battery' from the platform. The listing indicated not to expect a fully working battery, as they were selling four LiFePO4 prismatic cells at a discount. However, I received a dirty battery case with corroded brackets and cells at about 75% capacity. This might warrant a 1-star review, but the response from customer service was exceptional. They promptly replied to my inquiry during Thanksgiving week, offered a factory-new battery for an extra fee, and when I declined, they sent me a brand new one at no additional cost! They didn’t even want the used battery back. While I was slightly disappointed with the condition of the initial product, the excellent customer service made it a great experience. I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.
