The whole process worked very efficiently. It was my first time using an eSIM and was sceptical. But my initial concerns were misplaced and the SIM worked in India before I had even collected my luggage. I am converted and will definitely use again.
I had trouble activating my esim upon arriving to Sri Lanka, but I reached out to support team, they responded within minutes,and helped me fix the problem. Good job and thanks Ivana and Lorenzo!
My first month took 10 days to get properly connected, then was cut off early preventing me from extending. I had to pay more for a new eSIM the second month. This again took days to work properly. Couldn’t receive phone calls or text messages. It was just wifi.
