Really happy with the whole experience. The team was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with from the start.They made sure everything was properly set up before handover, including BIOS updates and drivers. Build quality is excellent, with clean cable management and good airflow.Performance has been amazing so far – very high FPS in games, smooth ultra settings in demanding titles, and temperatures staying well under control. The system is also quiet, even under load.Overall, a smooth and stress-free experience. I’m very happy with the PC and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a well-built, high-end system.
Excellent small company 10/10 It was Christmas week, phoned ordered and arrived the next day. Everything was perfect from the knowledgeable information given to me to the aftercare and the pc 10/10. Bought the ChugJug pc, arrived very well packaged and super quick delivery and very good price with a three year warranty on new build PCs. Highly recommend.
I traded my gaming laptop with a faulty screen in against one of Wattec's eco rebuilds and the service was super friendly and helpful all the way along. An excellent company with great knowledge and clear communication. I will definitely use again in the future when upgrading this pc!
Myself and my partner were looking to make the switch from console to PC but I was being super picky on looks. We contacted Wattec and showed an image of a case I liked, they had this so custom built the specs we asked for with the case. They have been very responsive to any Instagram dms and honestly have made the whole process so easy and straight forward. No question has been too silly. We received updates on delivery and pictures of the PCs once they were ready. After posting they were delivered next day. Couldn’t fault them at all and we will 100% use them again in the future☺️
I reached out to Wattec to see if they would be able to make some changes to a pre-built PC they had listed on their site. My partner was looking for a PC and so I also asked if they would be able to design something that would work for both of us. Not only did they make a whole new PC, they also provided free upgrades despite the price already being better than we had found elsewhere. Can not recommend this company enough, excellent prices and even better customer support.
Excellent experience. Answered all questions I had before buying which made for easier experience. Optimised pc before sending so was literally plug and play. Sent gpu in box to avoid damage. Delivery was fast. Would definitely buy from again if I needed to
