Website errors resulted in me being double charged. I was immediately told a refund would be processed, yet it took months of chasing, emails and follow ups to actually get some of my money back. The lack of urgency and accountability was extremely frustrating. Very poor customer service. this is actually the worst business I have ever dealt with.
Tastebuds delivered incorrect goods for its partner company Healthy Hampers and they could not resupply. Healthy Hampers eventually offered a refund but 7 emails, 8 phone calls and 17 days later, no refund has been made. Useless service. Useless systems. Avoid. Beware
I ordered my sisters birthday gift Payed the extra for same day delivery and guess what she didn’t receive it. So disappointed with the company as I payed the extra 19.95 Was told they could put 5.00 credits on my next order I asked for it to be put back in to my bank account and they couldn’t do that. Absolutely terrible service from this company, the quality of the product was very poor and items were missing from it. My grandson was so disappointed . 110 dollars wasted. No customer service worth talking about and previous emails ignored. Do not buy from them
Ordered a hamper for my family in Australia for Christmas. Specified a delivery date which they ignored. A box arrived which was unwrapped on the big day….this turned out to be the wrong hamper, with a birthday card inside. Despite requesting a replacement hamper customer service is non existent, slow and unhelpful. Opening a dispute with cc company

Ordered Christmas hamper for my brother and his wife, paid express delivery. It did arrive prior to Christmas, however when it was opened, wife opened one of the chocolates and it had a maggot crawling around in the wrapper, the rest of the hamper went in the bin along with the $120+ money paid. Sent email to Tastebuds with pictures of the chocolate and creature inside along with request for a refund. To date NO RESPONSE has been received, very disappointing to pay for a service and it not be fulfilled or even refunded for poor product.
