Do not order from Wearfok

Do not order from Wearfok. They do not stand by their "easy returns" policy and their products are of poor quality.

Make sure you look at the return policy and consider these items are being shipped directly from Chi

After purchasing an item, and not realizing according to their description that the item can take almost a month to be received. I reached out to their customer service via email as stated in their website and the return instructions and it was like waiting for a late bus that never comes by the time they responded and finally gave me some type of information about the return again a return that has never been opened. They stated to me that they cannot process a return according to it adjust being received late. I would recommend not to purchase from this site as they will not honor returns at this point in time even if it is under 30 days as they stay on their site also, there is nothing on their return policy that states that they cannot take a return due to the fact of it, not getting there on time

SCAM!!

SCAM!!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS WEBSITE! SHUT THEM DOWN! This is their response to my return request regarding the extremely poor quality of the items. The stitching was loose, the materials were cheap and flimsy, and the clothing had a damp, mothball-like odor, despite being sold at premium prices: Wearfolk wearfolk.zohodesk.com> Fri, Jan 23, 2026 at 1:05 PMReply-To: Hello,Thank you for your message. We are very sorry for any inconvenience. In order for me to process a full 100% refund to your card, our policy requires that the product be sent back to our international processing center.Shipping cost: International shipping of a jacket (with tracking) is expensive and, according to our terms, is the customer's responsibility.Loss: Subtracting the shipping cost from the amount you will receive back, your "real" refund will be very small. In the end, you will be left without the money and without the product. As a way to resolve this now, without you having to spend on shipping or deal with bureaucracy, I can offer you 30% store credit:No additional costs: You spend nothing on international shipping. You keep the product: You keep the jacket. Since it's new, you can sell it locally or on resale websites and recover the rest of your money. Liquidity: Adding the value you would receive from a quick sale to the 30% credit I'm offering, you recover your investment much more efficiently than paying for an international return.Would you like me to activate this 30% store credit now to resolve this issue, or would you prefer I send you the international address so you can check the shipping costs?Sincerely,Customer Support Team

Wearfolk is a total SCAM

I ordered a plush expensive bath robe from Wearfolk. The robe came late and was a joke. It was very flimsy and I thought it was a T-shirt when first delivered. I read many reviews for this product and they were fake, because no one would be happy paying $80 for a ten dollar robe. They don't answer the phone and they don't refund money. Absolute scam company. PERIOD

My husband brought a coat from this…

My husband brought a coat from this company he is a 3xl in a grey and what came was a small in colour black , so he doubled checked that he sent the correct colour and size and he did so he contacted them to inform them they sent the wrong size and colour , so. The lady said if he paid the delivery of £57 they would send a jacket in the colour and size he originally ordered he then said to them don’t be f…ing ridiculous you made the mistake not me so why would I pay ANOTHER delivery of £57 after arguing that doesn’t make sense to pay again when the mistake was all there’s no , they then sent an email saying they would be sending the correct order without him having to pay another delivery payment that was 3 weeks ago now and I’m still waiting on the correct jacket so save your money Bec this company doesn’t care about the customer but just ripping people off

ITS A SCAM!!!!

ITS A SCAM!!!!They charge $97 and delivered a torn up, extremely poor quality jacket worse than anything I've ever purchased from the Dollar Store. I asked repeatedly for a refund but instead receive an email every couple of days trying to convince me to take "store credit" for clothes literally so garbage I cant even donate them to Goodwill.I purchased a hoodie as a Christmas gift on 12/16/2025 costing $97. It arrived on 1/2/2025 after someone named Henrique sent me no fewer than half a dozen emails apologizing for the product delivery being delayed - which was really weird since I never contacted Wearfolk after my purchase. I think they were just trying to stall purchasers until the charge cleared their credit card. What arrived on 1/2/2025 had a 2 inch tear near the zipper, had lose strings hanging in multiple places, no tag, no care instructions, and the quality of the material was so poor you could literally see through the holes in the sherpa fleece. I immediately contacted Henrique saying the hoodie was damaged and asked how I could return it for a refund. I called but no one answered. I looked up the company address ( 20600 NW 47th Ave, Miami Gardens, FL 33055) which turned out to be the location of a warehouse called Global Warehouse Solutions. It had nothing to do with Wearfolk. I checked the return address on my package. The sender was:Elowen2137 E Steel St Colton, CA I googled Elowen and checked the California Secretary of State site for Elowen. Nothing came up. I googled the address and it turned out to be the address for Trojan Storage - a self storage facility.TOTAL SCAM. Follow up: Its been roughly 6 days of back and forth with Henrique over email and they have yet to tell me what the process is for returning the jacket for a refund. Today I got a really long email making the case AGAIN for the 4th time why I should take "store credit" rather than return the jacket for a refund. THEY STILL WILL NOT TELL ME HOW TO RETURN IT.

Not as Described and Unhelpful Customer Service

I ordered a jacket from this store based on the product photos shown on their website. While the item I received was similar in type, the quality and overall appearance were noticeably different from what was advertised. In particular, the fur trim looked very artificial compared to the photos, which significantly affected the look and perceived value of the jacket. When I contacted customer service to request a refund, I was repeatedly offered store credit instead of a refund. A cash refund was only possible if I returned the item internationally at my own expense, with shipping costs so high that it would consume most or all of the refund. This was not clearly communicated before purchase. The communication process was long and frustrating, with ongoing pressure to accept store credit rather than a straightforward refund. After opening a PayPal dispute, my claim was denied based on policy technicalities. After reading other Trustpilot and BBB reviews, I now see multiple customers describing very similar experiences involving product quality concerns, difficulty obtaining refunds, and pressure to accept store credit. In over 40 years of shopping and working in customer service myself, this has been one of the poorest customer service experiences I’ve encountered. I’m sharing this experience so other customers can make an informed decision before purchasing.

They are a scam

I ordered a coat from this site. The coat that was shown online was really nice and it was a Christmas gift for my daughter. After about 3 weeks the coat finally arrived, but wasn't what was shown online. I've contacted the company dozens of times and keep being sent the same generic automated messages with absolutely no help from the merchant. DON'T ORDER FROM THEM, THEY ARE A SCAM. You won't receive what you ordered and won't be able to talk to anyone. I've been trying to return this coat for 2 weeks but they won't give me any return instructions. Please save yourself the trouble and just don't order from wear folk

I would give them no stars if it were…

I would give them no stars if it were an option. I ordered a Vietnam style field jacket. I received a OD green shirt I immediately sent an e-mail requesting instructions for a return and refund. After numerous e-mail I was offered 10 and 50 percent store credit. Why would I even consider a store credit when they screwed up my first order. To date no idea how to do a return and no refund. Do not buy from this company. They do not deliver on time, correctly nor refund your money when they are at fault.

Scam company stay away!

No need to give the full details because the prior reviews say it all. I had the same experiences. Late arrival, cheap product, several emails offering credits rather than refund. I have no idea where to return this junk and they have stopped answering my emails. I will have to go through my credit card company to try to get my money back. Bottom line, STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY!
