Weatherspoons Honiton, Devon best to avoid this pub.If you want to avoid long queues at the coffee machines (which are always packing up) whilst your dinner is left at you table getting stone cold. Dare complain at the bar counter and the obnoxious girl behind the bar will ban you for life. She is anything but pleasant when it comes to customer service. The branch has lost a lot of its customers as she is always banning somebody or another and they have recently reduced some of their prices to try and entice new people in. But do not be fooled the same rude and stubborn girl still works behind the bar.

Great Harry Woolwich SE18 weatherspoon Went to go in today as is a bank holiday Turned and walked straight back out No Lager due to Manager have had a argument earlier with the delivery driver 🥴Also staff have selective hear at times and some are down right rude Also breakfast come out cold had twice and sent back both times 😞
Giving the 1 star is too much I want to complain about the racist I assume manager who served us.Firstly we were waiting at the bar whilst he had already served someone looked at us standing there and carried on his conversation with the white customer person he had just served. When he turned to serve us we order and I ordered a small Prosecco he handed the glass which clearly had a small white mark inside.I mentioned it and he said its steam he looked a the mark handed it me back and said it’s nothing. Please advise me at that point why he would not have just changed the glass. I said again there’s the mark he snatched the glass a put another one down.If we had not paid I would have walked out. He was lucky at the time we had just left me daughter and her partner as they would have called him out for the racist he was and the way heI am 61 this year and my partner is 62. We don’t need to feel this rubbish at our time of life.It may seem trivial but why was he questioning me and making a fuss over a glass. It would have made slightly more sense if he’d poured the drink in, but a glass that could be washed. He was flexing his dislike of a woman of colour questioning him in his pub. I’m sure if it was his white regulars he would have ran to get another glass, or better still apologised and offered the drink on the house. I sent this to Weatherspoons customer service Their reply we'll ask the area manager to have a word with REALLY ! WE TAKE OUR OBLIGATION TO THE EQUALITY ACT 2010 VERY SERIOUSLY
