I had my first website designed by Webahead, and then a big refresh which took a long time to get completed, generally it works well but there has been a lot of debugging to deal with. Mike has been easy to talk to and keep appraised of issues, and often getting them sorted quickly.
Stacey Cockburn is a very efficient and friendly support. As a novice myself, she really made my experience easy. I felt heard and supported throughout the whole process. All of my creative ideas were honoured and if they could not be she would support me with alternative ideas, links until we reached a solution that I was happy with.
