I'm really happy with the services I got from Crafted Code! They were easy to work with, listened to what i needed and delivered it. They were friendly and made it professional at every step.
I hired Crafted Code to build a custom app for my small biz. Overall it worked out okey I guess. They got the thing build, it does what I wanted mostly, and they have been decent about fixing stuff post launch.Thing is, they were a bit all over the place early on with the design part. Like they would show me 3 different directions and I'd be like "um, which one are we doing?" but in the end we landed on something that worked. Oh and btw "the coffee was cold by the time it arrived" - totally random thing that happened one day when I was waiting for a call with them lol.One the plus side, when I needed changed later they were super quick to jump on it. And the app itself? Runs pretty smooth now. Guess I can't complaint about anything. They did deliver what I needed, just maybe not as slick as I'd hoped "Obviously our expectations are always on a thing which was not possible".Overall, I will count this as one of the good experiences with them.

My experience was positive.My domain was registered and setup secure hosting and design a clean functional online store that fits my brand perfectly. They cleared about what was included in the package.The development process took a little longer than initially estimated (about an extra week) but they kept me updated the entire time and made sure everything was tested thoroughly before launch. They also provided training on how to manage products, track orders and update inventory through the CMS.And about the hosting package has been stable so far. There is no downtime or performance issues till now and customer support is also good and they response as soon as possible though sometimes it takes a few hours to get a reply during busy times.
