This service is nothing but a scam. They took my money with a promise of a 15-day refund policy. However, due to their poor service, I requested a refund, and they delayed their response until the refund period expired, even going so far as to delete my support tickets asking for a refund. AVOID THIS SERVICE AT ALL COSTS.

Terrible experience with domain and hosting from this provider. After payment, the hosting failed to work, the domain didn't activate, and the control panel wouldn't open. Their servers frequently go down, indicating an unresponsive system. Customer support is almost nonexistent. They take your money and vanish. No service, no refund. This company seems focused solely on collecting money rather than providing service. I regret trusting them with my time, money, and website. My strong advice: Avoid this service.
