Absolutely terrible experience. Their verification methods for the bank do not work and their verification methods for paystubs do not work. Their system is making near impossible for us to complete employment verification for a rental company.
This has been the WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE..No human customer service. The system checks rent by “how much rent you currently pay”, which EVERYONE whom has allocated water bills causes the rent paid to FLUCTUATE EVERY MONTH. And it’s no where to input the fluctuations. I HATE THIS SOFTWARE/AI/Process. Nothing convenient for the person whose paying just capital for the company.
Horrible! Uploaded pay check stubs and bank statements with my acct number scratched out on my statements only. Denied them. Wanted statements showing my account number so I uploaded statements with the acct number showing. Still says needs additional information. This has been the worst experience on something that should have been simple.
Terrible website. Slow beyond belief. Cant even upload simple documents without having to sit around for hours on end hitting the submit button over and over again because they don't understand the concept of uploading. Just another data harvesting company that sells your data. I don't understand why companies still use this terrible website.
The process is straightforward with various options, but accessing the employee portal directly is quite challenging. I attempted to use both the employer and employee portals, but I kept encountering errors. Fortunately, there is an alternative option to upload the paystub.
The process of adding banking information was problematic. I frequently access my bank accounts, and for one in particular, it kept timing out and wouldn’t function. It repeatedly indicated that my password was incorrect, which was frustratingly inaccurate. Eventually, I managed to complete the task, but it was an annoying experience.

This has enabled our organization to make well-informed decisions in our rental screening process, ensuring we select the most qualified applicants from the start, which aligns with our long-term objective of effectively managing delinquency.
Extremely frustrating experience. I had to repeat steps numerous times due to constant failures that were beyond my control. Switching browsers and reopening them multiple times was necessary just to get things functioning properly. The zip code autofill feature locked me out when the terms & conditions pop-up appeared, preventing me from correcting the incorrectly filled zip code.
