Received a marketing campaign that looks just like an invoice, but it's not. It even has a QR code on that takes you straight to a payment form for services that you don't have. Will be reporting to trading standards as this is method of advertising is very unethical and will ultimately catch people out who think its an invoice for a companies services.
Letter received today that LOOKED like an invoice for £460.00 Quick google search (other search engines are available) shows this as a SCAM. I wonder how many of these filter through to the accounts department and are paid. Shocking behaviour by a company and will be reported to trading standards... All that was achieved by them is ensuring we would NEVER use this company as no doubt their support is as dubious as their marketing!
BEWARE! Received a FAKE invoice this morning! Looks very genuine but I know it is fake because I have never heard of them and they have NOT built our website. A quick google and it seems to be a favourite scam of theirs. I'm concerned about how many people don't realise and pay up!!!
I received a very iffy letter through the post from this company which on the face of it looks like an outstanding invoice for '460GBP'. If it isn't illegal to send fake invoices through to companies hoping they might sign up for your business unwittingly then I would be surprised. It seems they spam numerous businesses via this method. I would not do business with this company even if I were looking for their types of services.
