Highly frustrating experience. I have been dealing with email problems for over a week, and now the cancellation process is overly complicated, requiring multiple documents that hinder customers from leaving their unreliable service. Additionally, they only provide responses in German, which adds to the difficulty. I strongly advise against engaging with this company.

Terrible service

Terrible service. I have been a customer experiencing email issues for over a week, and now they are complicating the cancellation process by demanding several documents, making it difficult for customers to exit their unreliable service. Utterly disappointing service

Utterly disappointing service; the entire platform was offline for a week without any explanations or apologies. I am trying to transfer my domains away from this inadequate web service, but they are refusing to provide my transfer codes. I'm even considering legal action to reclaim my own data. Stay away!

Custom emails down for 10 days!

My custom emails have been down for 10 days! The stress and financial impact (clients can't reach us) are immense. I'm just waiting for the server to be restored to retrieve my information and leave this nightmare. AVOID THIS SERVICE!

Significant system outage with no updates

My website and email servers have been down for four days. I can't send or receive emails. There is no information available from the company. Are they being hacked? Are they just incompetent? Is my data safe? Nobody knows, and they won't inform you.

Avoid this provider

Avoid this provider for several reasons: 1. I tested various email hosting services, and the deliverability was the worst; many contacts reported my emails going to spam. 2. Their platform is outdated and confusing. 3. After using their service for less than 2 months, I wanted to cancel, but they insisted I subscribed for an annual plan. It feels deceptive, as they don't clearly state that the subscription is for a minimum of one year. You have to read their lengthy policy. Even their customer service told me, 'you agreed to our policy.'
