Recent Updates Caused Issues

I've been using a certain security software for some time, but its latest updates have caused problems with my Windows 11 operating system (the keyboard doesn’t work without extra restarts). I found out about this issue when I installed it on a brand new PC. It seems very hard to reach the customer support team, so I reinstalled Windows and switched to a different antivirus solution.

Unreliable security vendor with poor support

This security vendor is unreliable and lacks support, relying on AI to assess domain reputations. When they wrongly flag domains, they offer no justification for their decisions and refuse to make corrections. Attempts to contact their legal department went unanswered, even as their actions harm small agencies' reputations. This is extremely disappointing, and the community should be informed of such practices.

Corrupted Windows 11 OS

It's odd that just days before my subscription ends, I start facing significant issues with my laptop! Another cleaner software is much better as it alerts me when my computer requires scanning, whereas I never receive notifications from this service!

Refund Process is Unsatisfactory

The company requested another credit card number for a refund, stating that the original payment cannot be reimbursed. Despite providing all invoice details, my request was denied since I refused to give them a different credit card. Just send me a check! Very untrustworthy!

Long-time user with recent issues

I was a customer for seven years. Each year, I had to opt out of automatic renewal; otherwise, they would renew my subscription and charge my card. This year, they renewed without my consent, even though I haven't had a computer since October 2024. They seem unaware of this. It's concerning how a company can claim to protect a non-existent device. It makes you question their integrity. On a positive note, I had no issues with the antivirus for those seven years.

Difficult to Cancel Subscription

This company is worse than dishonest! I tried to request a refund through their website, but the invoice number I provided was deemed invalid! How is that possible? Their online refund system is a complete joke! Avoid this company and their products. Cancelling your subscription will be a nightmare. The renewal price increased significantly, and I want to exit. The software is only mildly effective! If this happens to you, don’t say you weren’t warned!

Charged Unexpected Fees

I agreed to pay this company once a year for their service, yet they charged me about $50 for something that wasn't in our original agreement. I'm frustrated as I dislike dishonesty and theft. I gave them an ultimatum: refund my money immediately, or I will cease all business with them. They need to reconsider their approach for long-term client retention; their current practices are damaging their reputation.
