I engaged a service to create my website, and initially, everything seemed promising. They were attentive, supportive, and made necessary changes. However, as we approached the final stages, communication deteriorated significantly. They became increasingly difficult to contact, missed scheduled meetings, and eventually ceased all communication. I attempted to reach out multiple times through various channels, but received no replies. Despite having completed my final payment, I was never provided with the necessary login credentials. After investing so much effort into this project, I now find myself needing to start from scratch with a new developer, resulting in a financial loss. This has been my experience, and I feel it's crucial for others to be informed. If the representative sees this, I urge you to respond; what occurred here was unjust.
