A difficult one to rate, as the service from the merchant was great, and the parts exactly what I ordered.
However, I paid extra for next day delivery when I knew I would be in, but the parts took longer to arrive, being delivered on a day when I was away overnight. So the package sat on my doorstep for 24 hours in the rain. Not the merchant's fault but that of the ever unreliable Evri.
I arranged collection & delivery of a tow bar I purchased online with parcel2go in October. It’s now march, my parcel was “lost” I paid for insurance and am still fighting to get my money back. Absolutely terrible service! DO NOT USE! I really DO NOT recommend this company.

I never saw the courier
He never rang the bell or knocked on the door
Just dropped and ran
I never found the parcel until the next day
I have a sign on my door telling couriers what to do
I guess English isnt their spokeor reading language
I dont have a choice when it comes to couriers, the sellers pick them
Don't know why they dropped it off at the convenience shop and not delivered it directly to my home address as they usually do?!!
Was greatly inconvenience trying to locate the shop.
When l got there the woman behind the counter couldn't understand me, l had to repeat my name five times!

I booked through Parcel2Go for a Delivery Duty Paid package to the USA for my brother's birthday, using UPS Express. The process was relatively straightforward and all handled online. I booked for the package to be collected at my home as I have mobility issues. The UPS man who collected the package was very friendly and professional. The package was collected on the 24th of Feb and I got a delivery notice on the 26th of Feb despite the package having to clear Customs. Although not the cheapest way I've sent anything I can wholeheartedly say that the expense was worth it for such a swift and painless delivery. I have had endless problems with sending cards and packages to the USA and this experience was an absolute breath of fresh air. My sincere thanks to everyone involved with this process.
It was a Nice early delivery ,The delivery man was very helpful and polite.Being as it was an awkward shape parcel ,a Bunch of Twigs of varying lengths,He was very courteous and I'm pleased to say The Twigs arrived in great conditipn.Mainly Hazel Twigs & They still had the Fresh little leaves appearing.. Our Urban Squirrels should be enjoying in abundance ,
I recently sent a present to my aunt in London, the package was marked as delivered on the 20th February but having spoken to her yesterday 23rd of February she tells me it actually hasn't been delivered yet.
I raised a claim with parcel2go and they have on one hand refunded the postage costs but not as I didn't pay for insurance on the contents.
I accept that I didn't pay the additional insurance because if the gift was lost or damaged in transit then that's fair enough, a risk I was willing to take. But what has occurred here is in all likelihood is the courier has stolen the gift, or left it in an unsecured place. They haven't provided any proof of delivery and I have no recourse to ask for that proof now because parcel2go have washed their hands of it.
Incredibly frustrating and saddening because my 78 year old aunt didn't get the present on her birthday.
Two main things. 1) The live chat facility does not allow for escalation. I had multiple missing packages so wanted to speak to a human about it. 2) Their complaints procedure was impossible to navigate and required me to input reams of data they already had on their own system
The poorest service. My parcel has been missing for 3 months. Contacted multiple times, made a claim which was rejected. Not clear on instructions. Don’t recommend provider as they won’t take responsibility and won’t compensate. Might take legal action. Don’t use them.
Easy to use. Many lockers to choose from. Lots of add ons to the price though. Just include it and make it one price so you know what you're actually going to pay when you get the quote.
